In the last three decades, I've been on a quest to understand and express the purpose of visual arts in a complicated world. As an artist and someone who loves adventure, nature, and travel, I've discovered that art and culture are essential in our lives. Creating something with vision and purpose can significantly impact us and the world around us. I've had great mentors who helped me improve the mechanics and strategy of my artistry journey through painting and sculpture. It's been my mission to help high achieving individuals to use art as the means to find their true purpose and create powerful and meaningful artwork that tells their story and unique perspective.
Art and culture are the building blocks of our society. They give us a way to share experiences and express ourselves. When artists create, they can touch people's hearts and minds across different times and places. I've seen first hand how being creative can bring out the best in us and help us discover our purpose. As a teacher and coach, I aim to inspire other artists to embrace their unique ideas and create work that speaks to them and others. By doing this, we can make art that goes beyond boundaries and connects with people from all walks of life. So, my journey of exploring art, adventure, and the human experience has taught me that creativity is a powerful tool for self-discovery and positively impacting the world.
THE CRISIS:

Being yourself in art means being curious and creative and letting the creative process shape you through the mountains and the valleys so that you can create artwork that is impactful and speaks to your personal narrative. As a coach, I've learned how important it is to help my clients and students have the consistency to prioritize their vision and passion with tools to integrate these ideas into visual form. Whether I'm working with retired doctors or lawyers, educators, or those in the financial sector, I offer accountability and individualized support to create artwork that is in the flow with no judgment. Creating real art comes from being passionate and honest. It means trying new things and letting your creativity flow naturally. Doing this enables you to express big ideas, explore emotions, and create alignment.
When artists put intentional focus into their work, their art becomes memorable for those who see it. My job is to help artists be themselves and create art that shows who they are. I give them advice, tools, and strategy to help them find their style and manifest their ideas into physical form. It's impressive to see how artists grow and create art that connects with others and makes them feel unique.

Through Daniel's classes, I learned the vocabulary needed to analyze my artwork and express its significance. Daniel organized and helped me prepare for a solo exhibition. This was an extremely influential moment that helped me gain confidence in my artwork. This experience also helped teach me the skills needed for solo presenting one's artwork.
