Daniel Kanow, nationally exhibiting artist, artist coach, creative facilitator, and founder of BreakThrough Your Art TM, invites you to a focused 2-day hands-on painting and drawing intensive that blends neuroscience-backed creative practices, flow psychology, and embodied expression.

In this small-group experience you will:

Reignite your creative intelligence through loose, playful mark-making

Explore your personal narrative and express your story through your own choice of  figuration, the landscape, the portrait, or purely non-objective.

Quiet stress and overthinking by embracing risk and experimentation

Unlock fresh perspectives and sharper problem-solving through meaningful ideation

Deepen trust, empathy, and authentic connection with others in the room

No painting or drawing experience is needed — only a willingness to show up and play.

All art materials provided.

Bring your own easel if you have one, or work comfortably at the table.

Bring a meaningful image, writing, or object to use as your muse.

Ideal for professionals seeking clarity or renewal, leaders who want to expand their creative

capacity, and small teams or partners looking to strengthen alignment and connection.

You will leave with guided exercises, reflection tools, and personal work of art you created to

take home.
